June 25, 2010: Virtech has won the tender of Bank Leumi - the greatest Israeli bank.
Bank purchased the Virtech visualization package (wiztrade) and started to upgrade the number of
its web site subsystems.
February 25, 2010: Virtech has won the Bank of Israel tender for the
development of visualization components for analyzing financial data. The designed
components are based on Flex technology.
February 15, 2010: Price comparison site 24P, which is a subsidiary
of Virtech, signed a contract with Globes.
January 15, 2010: Virtech has launched an option trading simulator
for Bank Hapoalim. A set of visual tools for search, analysis, optimization and
execution of option trades for the most of non-professional option traders using
Option trading simulator, retail trader will improve the performance and decrease
the risk of his option trading.
August 30, 2009: Virtech announced today that the company has been
awarded a grant from Israel's prestigious Office of the Chief Scientist (OCS). This
new funding from the ocs will be utilized to support the future development of the
Virtech FindOptions product.
June 15, 2009: Virtech has launched a Budget Managment System for Bank Hapoalim.
The Budget managment system is based on Flex technology and is designed to help
the bank customers to manage thier expenses.
August 1, 2008: Bank Hapoalim successfully deploys Virtech's proprietary
finance visualization WizTrade platform for the Bank's Web. Virtech's technology
allows to the bank's customers to visualize and interact with financial data through
advanced charting and technical analysis instruments.
July 10, 2008: Mr. Yakov Rozen joins Virtech as chairman of the board. Mr.
Rozen has vast experience in banking and financial industry. He has served as the
CFO of Bank Hapoalim, one of Israel's largest banks until the end of 2007 and has
been a member of the board of management of the bank in the last 7 years.
February 20, 2008: Harel Information Technologies aquires controlling tsake
in Virtech Software Ltd. Harel is an authorized marketer and a many years technological
