Virtech Software Ltd. was founded by Virtech Information Systems Ltd. in order to develop appropriate trading and analitical tools for financial markets.
Virtech Software Ltd. employs a high-qualifyed development team, accumulated extensive experience in the development of financial and e-commerce web applications. Among its customers are banks (Hapoalim, Leumi), financial portals (TheMarker), and e-commerce companies (Merlin, Kontera - US, R2Net – US).
Virtech team was also involved in development of a number of sofisticated financial application in Russia (with Guta Bank, 1997-1998), France (with Sggitaire - Euronext, 2002-2003), USA (with TrackData. 2008-2009).
In 2008, Virtech has secured a strategic investment from Harel Technologies, the leading provider of IT equipment and software for the enterprises in Israel. Using Harel’s funding and expertise, Virtech has started to market its product and services which were enthusiastically accepted by the market.
