Virtech Software Ltd. was founded by group of experienced professionals after recognizing growing market need for rapid development of Rich Internet Applications. Advance of Web Technologies allowed much better user experience for financial, e-commerce and enterprise Web systems. However, the lack of expertise for building Web 2.0 application using state-of-the-art technologies stalled the development and caused unjustified high costs.

In 2008, Virtech has secured a strategic investment from Harel Technologies, the leading provider of IT equipment and software for the enterprises in Israel. Using Harel’s funding and expertise , Virtech has started to market its product and services which were enthusiastically accepted by the market.
